Center for Economic Analysis & Development 2025 Mid-Summer Symposium

The centerpiece of the morning will be a keynote presentation by CEAD Senior Director Janet Harrah, who will unveil the latest research on industrial clusters—a critical driver of economic growth in the Northern Kentucky region. Her findings, rooted in the Community Road Map Initiative, will explore actionable insights and data-driven strategies to enhance regional development.

Panel Discussion with Regional Economic Leaders

New this year, the symposium will feature a panel discussion with regional leaders who will react to the keynote’s findings and offer their perspectives on opportunities for progress. This conversation will be moderated by Karen Finan, CEO of OneNKY Alliance.

The discussion will explore strategic priorities for the region, including the development of a capital strategy and critical investments in education, housing, workforce talent, and infrastructure—essential pillars for long-term prosperity in Northern Kentucky.
